Tachistoscope 1.1 can play many different foreign languages as text, sound and/or graphics. In setup mode, you can adjust the file size, adjust the color of the background and the size and color of three text fields, change the location of the textfields, turn audio and graphics on or off, and set the timing intervals.

Even right to left languages, such as Hebrew and Arabic can be played. With three text fields, you can enter the foreign, english, and phonetic version of your text.

If you're intersted in studying Chinese, download the Chinese Tach 1.1 exe. The blue numbered buttons in the setup enable you to sort words by their pinyin tones.

While running the tachistoscope, you can remove words "on the fly" by pressing the blue remove button in the upper left corner. As the words you flash become familiar, remove them to concentrate better on the other words you are memorizing.

Tachistoscope 1.1's flash card mode is the ultimate multimedia flash card player. Advance the words, audio, and graphics in your file sequentially or randomly, adjust both postition, size, and visibility of your text and graphic fields.
