Tachistoscope 1.1 is capable of playing many different foreign languages. After doing the necessary setup steps for foreign language keyboard input via Windows control panel (please see the tutorial), I have input and run Chinese (simplified and traditional), most European languages including Greek and Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, and basic Korean and Vietnamese.
